Who is behind the brand?

Event planning is my job, but creating experiences is my passion! My love for bringing people together started in college while serving as the president of a student organization.  I realized how important community was and noticed that events were the glue that formed long lasting connections.


 In the midst of exploring the field through different lenses I identified a problem with the events catering to young adults in the area.  Events that allowed young adults to network and make real connections in the triangle were lacking and the only entertainment at that time was partying and college catered clubs.  My solution to the problem was to start my own company that would curate experiences that was everyone's cup of tea.  My vision was that Cup of Tea Events, established in 2017, would reflect events that had an added element that allowed young professionals to be mix, mingle, and connect at professionally planned events.
