My responsibilities as a coordinator include light set up with vendors, creating a smooth schedule and flow of events with you and your groom, being the point of contact for vendors, caterers, the venue, and the DJ, giving direction to guests and the wedding party on where to sit and enter, coordinating start and stop times with the DJ, coordinating food service (which includes making sure you eat), managing party favors, overseeing that the photographer is capturing specific things that you've asked for, creating a breakdown process, closing all contracts, and light clean up. We will create a 30 day out checklist of items and tasks and all vendors will receive an email both 30 days out, two weeks out, and the week of with the timeline, ceremony order of events, and list of the bridal party.
Services start at $1,500 and include two assistants for at least 5 to 8 hours. If any abnormal services are requested, such as, picking up or dropping of equipment, flowers, or decorations then other fees may apply that range from $35 to $50 per task.
Full Planning Details
My responsibilities as a planner include the details above plus full wedding design, creating a document of important wedding information (family special needs, things to know, etc.), sourcing vendors to bring our vision to life, providing steps to get your marriage license, creating a vision board for you to choose from, and organizing all linen and rental selections.
